This department caters solely for our larger clients, enabling Hotels, Housing Developments, and larger Building Contractors & Architects to have their requirements exclusively met by our experienced, knowledgeable & dedicated Contracts team.

Working closely with the client, we progress ideas & meet the specifications required with our high quality products & professional service.

Some of the recent projects we have been commissioned to work on include the following:-

  • Cala Homes
    Various projects throughout Aberdeenshire for this well known home builder, supplying them with both kitchen & bathroom furniture.
  • Crieff Hydro Hotel, Perthshire
    The refurbishment & modernisation of over 200 rooms in this very popular four-star hotel.
  • Platinum Point, Western Harbour, Newhaven, Leith
    Supply & installation of sanitaryware & kitchens in this development of luxury apartments, duplexes & penthouses.
  • Radisson Hotel, Glasgow & the London Marriott Hotel, West India Quay, London
    For both of the above, to name but two, we were involved in bathroom design & supply for the revolutionary PODS system created by R.B. Farquhar, whereby bathrooms are contained in steel structures & slotted into place within the main building.
  • Tor-Ecosse
    Supply and installation of both bathrooms and kitchens in several of their bespoke homes developments.
  • Wimpey Homes
    Supply of kitchen & bathroom furniture throughout The Grange, Aberdeen, a prestigious development of 25 executive homes.

As agents & distributors for many of the leading British & European manufacturers, we provide an extensive range of products which will satisfy the objectives of any project, whether refurbishment work or a new housing development.

We can offer either a supply only service, or if required, we can handle the whole process for you from the design through to product supply, calling upon our team's excellent product knowledge and design flair. We will ensure that the final design and of course the chosen products are in keeping with the overall style of your project. Our large storage facilities also mean that we can hold products for you until you are ready to call them off, as we understand just how important it is to have continuity of delivery to site. We can also offer a very competitive installation service and plumbing, heating & electrical services can be provided to the Building Trade from our Inverurie branch.
